Experienced employment litigators and advisers who have represented employers in class actions involving thousands of employees to single plaintiff harassment and discrimination type claims. Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance‑based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Professional development and CLE support Dedicated paralegals and resources Responsibilities Defend employers in employment‑related litigation and administrative proceedings Handle matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, DOL, state fair employment agencies) Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, agreements, and contracts Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Active bar admission in California 5+ years of experience practicing employment law on the defense side Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Litigation experience, including motion practice and discovery Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
