Summary The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and product education with counter operations, team collaboration, and vendor engagement. Responsibilities Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals. Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, and build customer loyalty. Manage vendor events and promotions, maintain vendor relationships, and keep the department organized and customer-ready. Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge. Requirements Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
