Job functions: You will help clients protect their family, their future and their Legacy through Mortgage Protection, Term & Whole Life Insurance, Final Expense products, Retirement planning, and Advanced Market products including Indexed Universal Life Products (IUL’s) as well as Annuities. Earning Potential: Here’s what that looks like for an average agent in our Agency (@ an example $1,000 average annual premium value per policy written (the average annual premium value per policy sold in our agency is actually higher than that)) Part Time: 1-2 sales /week: $1,000 - $2,000 /wk ($52k - $104k /year) Average: 3-5 sales /week: $3,000 - $5,000 /wk ($156k - $260k /year) Above Average: 6-8 sales /week: $6,000 - $8,000+ /wk ($312k -$416k+ /year) We have full time agents averaging 12-15 sales per week in our agency! Qualifications: Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed You are humble, coachable, and eager to learn High Integrity Individuals: You operate with high ethical standards and utmost professionalism in and out of business environments. Independently Strong Work Ethic: You understand the value of hard work and know that your results are a direct reflection of your actions. Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients virtually over the phone, Zoom, Crankwheel, etc. Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies).
