About the Role: We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our collaborative and high-performing healthcare team. Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care for individuals with both acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform regular assessments and document changes using electronic charting systems.
• Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and therapies in accordance with care plans.
• Work closely with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Guide patients and families through recovery, including surgical prep and post-op support.
• Provide clear education about diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to manage priorities in a busy, acute care environment.
