Dinosaur Bar-B-Que began in 1983 as a mobile concession unit serving great Bar-B-Que throughout the Northeast. In 1988, the company opened its first restaurant in Syracuse and has continued to grow to six locations serving delicious Bar-B-Que throughout New York State. We are currently looking for a Server to join our Hamburg team!

How You Fit Into Dinosaur Bar-B-Que (Job Summary): The Server creates an exceptional dining experience by delivering friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service that reflects Dinosaur Bar-B-Que's hospitality standards. This role includes welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, accurately taking and delivering orders, and communicating clearly with team members and management to support smooth service.

What You Do (Essential Functions): Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Follow Dinosaur Bar-B-Que's Steps of Service.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
• Provide attentive and personalized service and proactively address guest needs.
• Collaborate with bussers, bartenders, other servers and kitchen staff to ensure excellent service.
• Process guest payments accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Complete assigned side work before, during and after shifts.
