Occupational Therapist School Setting in Baldwin City, KS

With a weekly schedule of 35-40 hours, you'll primarily work with elementary students, and caseloads will vary to provide a dynamic and rewarding experience.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the state of Kansas
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in school-based OT services preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid billing procedures a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to work with a diverse range of students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on the elementary level
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families to support student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including Medicaid billing
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
