The team represents a diverse range of market participants in M&A and joint venture transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including renewables, conventional power generation, oil & gas, and energy tech. Duties Assist in M&A and joint venture transactions within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on complex legal matters. Provide legal advice and support to clients in various energy-related projects. Requirements Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Strong motivation and excellent academic credentials. Superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office location is required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the State Bar. Skills Proficiency in handling complex M&A transactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
