Procurement Manager

Shields Facilities Maintenance LLC, a Houston-based commercial facility maintenance provider, is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing for construction and repair services. This role manages vendor relationships, negotiates pricing and contracts, and ensures timely delivery of materials and subcontracted services to support multi-site retail and restaurant clients. The Procurement Manager will develop purchasing strategies, monitor inventory and spend, maintain compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate closely with operations, project managers, and field technicians to keep client locations running safely, efficiently, and on budget.
