Department OperationsLevelExperienced (Team Lead)LocationManilaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Oversee the inventory process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved such as inventory accuracyManage the schedule and attendance of all employees under your departmentEnsure the division is staffed with skilled manpower that are capable in their current positions while being prepared and developed for the challenges of the futureEffectively manage the storage and picking locations with setting SOPs to drive higher productivity and overall optimize the use of space in the warehouseControls inventory levels by supervising physical counts; reconciling with data storage systemsIn-charge of replenishment and rack transfer of inventory for fulfillment of orders and manage aging of inventory in the warehouseNotify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are foundEnsure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouseProvide reports to Warehouse Lead for internal performance reportingRequirements:Graduate of any Bachelor’s DegreePreferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and WarehousingStrong sense of ownership and operational disciplineExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHas supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employeesKeen with details and has a background in process improvementProficiency in MS Excel and Google ApplicationsCan read, understand and report dataKnowledgeable on Warehouse Management SystemAmenable to be assigned in Consolacion, Cebu #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
