Working directly with ownership, you’ll identify opportunities before competitors, organize critical market intelligence, improve strategic decision-making, and help build systems that create long-term competitive advantages. Compensation:

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Research upcoming construction projects, infrastructure work, private developments, municipalities, quarries, asphalt plants, and aggregate opportunities throughout Florida.

• Build and maintain contractor, superintendent, estimator, carrier, municipality, and project databases.

• Identify growth opportunities before competitors through proactive market research.

• Organize research into executive reports that support sales, operations, and leadership decision-making.

• Utilize AI, CRM systems, spreadsheets, mapping software, and research tools to improve business intelligence.

• Continuously improve our strategic intelligence systems and recommend better ways to organize and leverage information.

• Work directly with ownership on strategic growth initiatives, expansion planning, and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Naturally curious and enjoys solving complex problems.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable learning and utilizing AI, spreadsheets, database systems, and technology.

• High integrity, humility, and a strong work ethic.

• Experience in construction, logistics, transportation, engineering, business intelligence, project management, or market research is preferred but not required.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, business environment where initiative, curiosity, and continuous improvement are valued.
