This assignment involves floating within the peri-operative department, including pre-op, post-op, outpatient services, and PACU. The unit features four OR suites, one procedure room, eight PACU bays, and 18 patient rooms. The nurse-to-patient ratio ranges from 1:1 to 2:1 depending on patient needs. An initial orientation will familiarize you with equipment, workflows, and hospital navigation to help you settle in quickly. This contract is suited for experienced surgical technologists with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment.
