Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid Fall River, MA)

Schedule: In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays | Remote: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

About the Role

D2G Group is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing strategy and execution across key product categories. This is a high-impact, senior-level individual contributor role responsible for driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and speed-to-market.

Youll partner cross-functionally with Category Management, Product Development, Quality, Logistics, and Marketing to bring products from concept to launchwhile identifying opportunities to improve margins, processes, and overall supply chain performance.

This role offers a high level of ownership and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, operates independently, and takes a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Must be able to commute to our Fall River, MA office for in-person collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What Youll Do

• Own and execute sourcing strategies aligned with category and business goals
• Identify, evaluate, and develop supplier partnerships (domestic and international)
• Lead pricing negotiations and commercial terms to drive cost savings and margin improvement
• Analyze cost structures and maintain accurate costing models and margin tracking
• Partner with Product Development on sourcing for new product launches, including sampling and approvals
• Proactively identify supply chain risks and implement solutions
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Improve sourcing processes and cross-functional workflows

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
• Proven track record of leading supplier negotiations and managing vendor relationships
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Compensation

Starting at $75,000+ annually , with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

In accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements, this role has a minimum base salary of $75,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, expertise, and internal equity.
