Senior Business Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Business Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders by identifying and prioritizing automation and AI opportunities, translating business needs into functional requirements, and overseeing implementation across various platforms. Key responsibilities Conduct discovery workshops to identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities aligned with business objectives Elicit and document business, functional, and data requirements for automation and AI initiatives, developing user stories and acceptance criteria Oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business intent while managing change and guiding stakeholders through the adoption of new technologies Required qualifications BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting automation, AI, or complex enterprise technology initiatives Strong understanding of business processes and how technology enables measurable outcomes Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in evolving environments Exceptional collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders and technical teams
