We offer an attractive salary package, including a generous benefits package with health, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, sick leave, holidays, and wellness plan.Summary of FunctionsThe Equipment Operator (Operations) supports water, wastewater, and utility operations by operating equipment and vehicles for field projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Operate excavation, trenching, and lifting equipment. • Assist with pipeline, water main, and wastewater system work. • Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment. • Transport tools, materials, and equipment to sites. • Support crews in utility operations and emergency response.Organizational Relationships• Reports to Operations Supervisor. • Works with utility and operations crews.Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent. • 2–4 years of utility or field equipment operation. • CDL license preferred. • Knowledge of water/wastewater systems a plus.Physical Demands• Frequent lifting up to 60 lbs and climbing. • Prolonged equipment use in variable conditions.Work Environment• Outdoor utility and operations environments. • Exposure to water, wastewater, and construction sites.Travel• Local travel for utility operations.To support a safe and secure workplace, all offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of background screening, drug testing, and driving record review where applicable.Inframark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
