Duties Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery. Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions. Proactively manage client communications throughout litigation. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients, complying with case management requirements. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Licensed to practice in the State of California. 6+ years of employment defense litigation experience. Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written. Experience handling discovery for complex matters. Substantial knowledge of evidentiary objections in discovery. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Strong legal writing and research skills. Effective advocacy skills.
