Registered Nurse - MedSurg Ortho/Neuro

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg Ortho/Neuro unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shifts; 3 nights per week, every other weekend, and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and care accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in patient education and provide support to patients and their families.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.
• Basic arrhythmia knowledge is required; ability to recognize fatal rhythms.
