About JobFinder AI
JobFinder AI (jobfinder-ai.com) finds relevant openings for job seekers across company career sites and job boards, scores each job against what the candidate wants, and helps them apply. We are a small, founder-led, fully remote team.
The Role
You will grow JobFinder AI's audience on LinkedIn and turn new signups into active, paying users through email.
What You Will Work On
- Plan, write, and publish posts, carousels, and articles for our LinkedIn company page
- Own lifecycle emails: welcome, onboarding, abandoned checkout, and win-back
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, hooks, and send times, and report what worked
- Track follower growth, clicks, and signups by channel each week
- Turn product updates and job-market data into content job seekers want to share
What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years in social media, content, or lifecycle marketing
- Clear, plain writing in American English
- A track record of growing a channel or improving an email program, with numbers to show for it
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and an analytics tool
Nice to Have
- Experience with an email platform (Brevo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Basic design skills in Canva or Figma
- Recent job-hunting experience — you know how it feels
