About the Position

Job Title: Urology Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Urology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred in Urology License: South Carolina RN License or Multi State/Compact RN License Certifications: BLS, Foley Catheter Insertion Certification Must-Have: 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. Experience with Epic charting system. Description: This position involves working as a Urology Registered Nurse in an outpatient clinic. The schedule will consist of five 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with holidays as needed. Weekend work is not required. There is no on-call requirement for this role. Floating between like units may be necessary based on facility needs. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience. Urology experience is preferred. First-time travelers will not be accepted for this position. The candidate should possess a current South Carolina or Multi State/Compact RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. There is a preference for candidates with previous charge experience. All requested time off must be provided at the time of submission and will be subject to approval based on facility needs. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, they may be assigned to emergency response teams. It is important to complete all required labs before the compliance process if planning any vacations. Candidates must be prepared to float to different units as necessary. Please be aware that non-local candidates are prioritized for this position. Locals will be considered but at a local rate. All candidates must meet the licensing requirements before reporting to the facility. Clearance will not be given until the South Carolina license is active.
