Grooming Salon Manager

The Pet Barber, located in Houston, is looking for a manager. We are a fast paced, busy grooming salon with three locations in River Oaks, Memorial and the Galleria. You would be traveling between all three locations. Responsibilities include:
- Managing front desk operations to ensure booking is accurate and KPIs are met.
- Manage daycare operations.
- Manage bathers and groomers (though not responsible for any grooming techniques)
- Responsible for sales initiatives.
- Employee scheduling
- Day-to-day operations of all three shops
- Inventory management
- Creating new initiatives for retail and daycare
- Ensure clients are happy and feedback is positive.
Desired experience
- At least 2 years of management experience, including people management. Preferably in a pet store setting.
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Social media experience is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation.
