$19.62 - $27.66 UNION: SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS: Weekend & Holiday Shifts: No On Call Shifts: No JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides excellent customer service according to Olympic Medical Center standards. Manages incoming phone calls and messages from a central call center for all OMP provider-based clinics and Hospital Outpatient Departments, as assigned. Documents telephone messages into EHR and routes them to appropriate departments. Schedules appointments. Answers inquiries. EDUCATION
