Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist - Temp-to-Perm
Pay: $28/hour (temporary) $60,000 annually upon permanent hire We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing organization in a temp-to-permanent opportunity. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Analyze and manage large data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform high-volume data entry and other manual accounting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve billing and payment issues.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement process improvements.
- Assist with month-end reporting and other accounting functions as needed.
- Previous Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or related finance experience.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and detailed financial information.
- Ability to manage manual processes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Temp-to-permanent position with a clear path to full-time employment.
- $28/hour during the temporary assignment, increasing to $60,000 annually upon permanent hire.
