Wound Nurse RN or LPN

Essential Responsibilities Provide essential treatments: administer physician‑ordered treatments, including wound care, IV therapy, and specialized clinical interventions. Monitor patient progress: conduct regular assessments of resident conditions, document vital signs, healing progress, and any notable changes. Collaborate with care teams: work closely with physicians, fellow nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Educate and support: help residents and their families understand care plans, medications, and follow‑up routines. Maintain accurate records: ensure timely and complete documentation in compliance with state regulations and facility policies. Promote safety & best practices: adhere to infection control guidelines and clinical safety protocols, including participation in a weekend on‑call rotation. Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana. CPR/BLS certification required. Experience in wound care, IV therapy, and treatment planning is strongly preferred. Prior work in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. A compassionate, patient‑focused approach and attention to detail.
