through our employee recognition programs. Job Description: We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in a production operator role on 2nd or 3rd shift. This is an excellent opportunity to get started in our manufacturing facility and build the skills needed to transition into a specialized production role after your initial training and onboarding period. What You’ll Start With: As a Production Operator, you’ll support the production team with a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Operate machines and keep production workflows running smoothly.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with plant sanitation rules.
• Move, stack, and handle raw materials or finished goods (lifting up to 50

lbs).

• Follow basic food safety, quality control, and workplace safety procedures.
• Train on basic tools, software like SAP, and equipment including forklifts.

Important details: Position is in a union manufacturing plant with training potentially on a different shift. Pay starts at $25.22/hr and is based on the union contract. About You: You’ll fit right in if you have:

• The ability to work on various shifts depending on available positions
• The ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and
