Maintenance Controller

Job Summary: Are you a skilled Maintenance Controller looking to take your career to the next level? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join their maintenance department in Dayton, OH. As a Maintenance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations by coordinating maintenance discrepancies and corrections on all operational aircraft. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate maintenance discrepancies and corrections on operational aircraft. Monitor mechanical problems on the line, striving to minimize maintenance recovery time. Enter flight delay and cancellation data into the M&E system for operational reliability. Coordinate parts, manpower requirements, and travel arrangements for field repairs. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with outstation maintenance requirements. Collaborate with various departments for equipment changes and maintenance planning. Ensure adherence to Security and Safety Management System protocols. Act as Maintenance Control Duty Manager in their absence. Qualifications: Current Airframe and Powerplant Certification. Minimum of two years of CRJ or part 121 line maintenance experience. Good standing within the industry (STEP 1 violations considered). Proficiency in English language skills. Authorization to work in the US.
