We are looking for an additional Team Member at our Building Hope store! This role will be focused on processing and working with donations. The position is available for either part-time or full-time. The ideal candidate has good communication skills and exhibits excellent work ethic; if this is you, please let us know by submitting an application!
Position Objective: process incoming furniture donations in preparation final merchandising on the sales floor.
Experience, Education, and Requirements:
- Good work ethic
- Interest or experience in working with reusable goods
- Coaching, teaching, or teamwork experience
- Communicate professionally and clearly
- Ability to receive directions from a Supervisor
Summary of Job Duties:
- Receive and sort donations from customers
- Lead and supervise vocational training participants, and volunteers
- Set an excellent example of work ethic
- Make quick decisions
- Motivated to accomplish and exceed required tasks
- Represent a Christian organization
- Assist in maintaining intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community
