JOB SUMMARY:

Manages Floor Supervisors who supervise Table Games Dealers. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Table Games Department, as well as, all gaming departments on shift. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsible for planning, directing work, appraising performance, corrective actions, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. SKILLS: Excellent writing and composition skills with emphasis on accuracy and clarity of message. (Test required) Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching, interpreting, and translating a variety of data. (Test required) EXPERIENCE: Minimum of four (4) years experience working in a gaming establishment. Minimum of three (3) years of guest service experience. Minimum of two (2) years previous supervisory/management experience in Table Games. Minimum of two (2) years supervisory/dealing experience, preferably in Craps, Roulette, Blackjack Minimum of two (2) years dealing experience of two major table games. Minimum one (1) year working experience utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have knowledge and/or training in all Table Games Knowledge of all Table Games, i.e., policies, procedures, regulations and rules pertaining to the Table Games Patrons. Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. Able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
