Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our established private practice on Bainbridge Island, WA. For over 25 years, our clinic has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

We operate on a 1-on-1 care model with 45-minute dedicated appointments -meaning no double-booking and no assistants running your treatments. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants to escape high-volume environments, focus deeply on clinical outcomes, and grow professionally within a collaborative team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, 1-on-1 therapeutic care during scheduled 45-minute appointments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists specializing in Orthopedics, Pelvic Health (Men's and Women's), Sports Rehab, and Vestibular Rehab.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical documentation.
• Participate actively in monthly clinical education, structured mentorship, and team meetings.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients and the local community.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
• Licensure: Active or pending Physical Therapist license in the State of Washington.
• Clinical Interests: Experience or a strong interest in Outpatient Orthopedics or Pelvic Health (training and mentorship are available for therapists looking to expand into Pelvic Health).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
