Job Description

Join our Family Medicine team as part of the OMH Medical Group, a multi-specialty group of primary and specialty care providers affiliated with Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital.

• Outpatient family medicine practice joining two physicians and two advanced practice providers providing primary care services at the OMH Medical Group Indian River clinic located in Indian River, Michigan approximately 30 miles north of the main hospital.
\n
• The clinic is located in a beautiful new 12,400 sq. foot facility that opened in December 2015.
\n
• Clinic is currently open 8-5 pm Monday through Friday for primary care services. Walk in services are available 7am-7pm M-F and 8-4pm Sat and Sun.
\n
• On site limited radiology, laboratory services, and occupational health services.
\n
• The clinic offers regular office hours for Obstetrics/Gynecology and Pediatrics. Specialists in General Surgery and Orthopedics are available to see patients on a part time basis.

• An Electronic Health Record is shared with medical group and hospital.
\n
