New Grad RN Resident Emergency Room

TriCities Hospital is seeking a New Grad RN Resident for our Emergency Room. In this structured residency, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based emergency nursing care under the guidance of experienced preceptors. Responsibilities include triage support, medication administration, patient assessments, documentation, and assisting with procedures for diverse patient populations. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and engage in ongoing classroom and clinical learning to build confidence and competency as a professional ER nurse.
