Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs thoroughly, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are designed effectively.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services using modalities appropriate for various mental health concerns, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Engage in regular collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated treatment approaches and support systems are in place for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, employing your clinical skills and emotional intelligence to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives that aim to enhance mental health awareness and combat stigma, thereby promoting the importance of mental well-being in local populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, particularly those in hospice care settings who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and existential concerns. You will have the rewarding task of offering support and guidance to them and their families during challenging times, fostering resilience, and facilitating adaptive coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely documentation relevant to client care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
