Nurse Practitioner - Hybrid Role (NP/PA) - Gastonia, NC Carease Health - NC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to deliver high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. As a key member of our team, you will build strong relationships with the facility, maintain a patient-centered approach, and be a collaborative team player.
