Tutor for AI Training

This remote contract role focuses on providing clear, adaptive academic support that reflects real-world tutoring and teaching interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in realistic one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations with project participants.
• Simulate common tutoring scenarios, including explaining concepts, answering questions, guiding learners, and providing academic support.
• Deliver clear, accurate explanations tailored to different learning needs and levels.
• Use effective teaching techniques, active listening, questioning, and student-engagement practices.
• Adapt communication and teaching approaches based on each learner''s needs, understanding, and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance in a supportive, professional manner.
• Follow project guidelines so conversations remain natural and representative of real tutoring or teaching interactions.

• Professional experience as a teacher, private tutor, academic tutor, educator, academic coach, or in a similar role.
• Several years of hands-on teaching, tutoring, or academic-support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and adjust explanations for different learners.
• Experience conducting one-on-one tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or academic coaching sessions.
• Strong active-listening, patience, and student-engagement skills.
• Comfort working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions.

• Remote independent-contractor engagement.
• Open to candidates located in the United States.
• No prior AI experience is required.

• $50 to $100 per hour.
