Job Summary Full-time Cardiology Intensivist – Cardiology Department, Northwell Health’s North Shore University Hospital. Responsibilities Provide critical care for acutely and chronically ill cardiovascular patients in a full‑time academic setting. Perform bedside procedures and manage complex multi‑system disease cases, including advanced heart failure and shock. Participate in interdisciplinary care teams and contribute to clinical and population research. Teach at all levels and engage in academic activities aligned with a faculty appointment at Zucker School of Medicine. Qualifications Board certification/eligibility in internal medicine and cardiology. Fellowship training in cardiovascular critical care or equivalent experience. Strong clinical skills in managing acute cardiac conditions and performing bedside procedures. Excellent communication, teamwork, and teaching abilities.
