Registered Nurse – Acute Care

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 Contract Weeks: 8

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field required
• Recent Epic experience within the last 12 months required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Collect and analyze relevant data regarding the patient's health to inform care decisions.
• Develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress toward achieving outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe and caring environment.
• Provide health information and learning opportunities for patients and families.
