Successful candidates will have 6-10+ years of experience in Electrical Design/Engineering of electrical building systems and preparing detailed electrical engineering drawings and calculations. You will be responsible for the design of electrical systems from schematics through construction administration on a wide range of building types including Commercial, High‑Rise, Hotel/Casino, Healthcare, Public Sector, Data/Computer Facilities, etc. Responsibilities Design power, lighting, and low‑voltage systems for commercial and residential buildings Produce construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders Ensure compliance with Florida codes and standards Support projects through design, permitting, and construction phases Provide technical expertise on complex design challenges Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET Accredited College or University PE License in Florida (Required) 6–10+ years of experience in electrical design Strong proficiency in Revit Software Experience with mid‑rise and high‑rise projects in Florida Knowledge of local codes and permitting processes Strong communication and coordination skills Stable work history Preferred (Not Required) Spanish bilingual LEED Accredited Professional and previous experience participating in the LEED or other green rating system process Experience and interest in sustainable building design Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
