Registered Nurse PACU

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PACU - Post Anesthesia Care role, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities Include Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on post-treatment management, and medication administration. Collaborating with the interprofessional team to develop and communicate individualized care plans. Monitoring physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers. Participating in quality, safety, and regulatory activities, and engaging in professional development. Qualifications And Skills Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred. Licensure: Active RN license. Experience: Critical care or Phase I PACU experience preferred; no experience required for entry-level. Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe working practices.
