Cultivation Technician

We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring Your Impact: Perform all cultivation tasks including transplanting, pruning, harvesting, IPM etc. Train and mentor new team members and answer questions to assist in team development. Serve as an expert for all cultivation best practices such as fertigation mixtures, etc. Track and record plant data with care to keep improving plant growth. Work with the team to find new ways to make cultivation smoother and efficient.
