Project Architect The Cearnal Collective is an award-winning Architecture and Interior Design firm located in beautiful downtown Santa Barbara. Location Santa Barbara, CA Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field 8+ years of experience in the field of architecture Professional licensure is strongly preferred but not required Revit modeling literacy required Strong understanding of the principles and practices of architecture Comprehensive understanding of and experience with California state building codes and standards, technical detailing, and construction methods Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative studio environment Responsibilities Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions Mentor and direct a young and enthusiastic staff and maintain a hands‑on approach to creating project documents Plan, develop, manage, and execute a variety of projects Benefits & Salary Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications + bonus structure Health Insurance + 401k plan Holidays + Paid Time Off + Sick Leave In-house continuing education presentations and training Vibrant, fun-loving office culture (we host an epic Fiesta Party and Friday Beer 30s) Hiring bonus and/or relocation fees negotiable commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
