Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse West Bloomfield, Michigan. This role involves providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care within the emergency department. Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, the nurse will provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education for patients and their families. Effective communication of pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team is essential.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, 12 hours shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing, graduation from an accredited school of nursing, and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Triage Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
• Additional Information: The position requires clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to develop effective nursing care plans within the emergency department. Ability to perform a broad range of professional nursing services and communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel is necessary. This is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extension, with a phone interview process, and start date on 08/24/2026.
