Many of these cases set precedent and draw national attention. Role Summary You’ll work on complex copyright litigation involving technology, media, and digital content. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and collaborating closely with partners on case strategy. You won’t be siloed here. Associates work shoulder-to-shoulder with leading copyright litigators, gaining trial experience and direct client contact early.
