We support our teams, work closely with our customers, and hold ourselves accountable for quality, safety, and integrity in everything we do.RequirementsWe are searching for a candidate with:Bachelor’s degree requiredAt least 3 years of sourcing and supply chain experience in manufacturingStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsProven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge of commodity market conditions including pricing, technology, and supply/demand trendsDuties and ResponsibilitiesA typical day may include:Driving overall category performance by developing and executing global sourcing strategies for assigned commoditiesDefining and managing supplier strategy and performance, including annual PPV/cost reduction goals and supplier KPIsLeading supplier negotiations, RFQs, and contract execution activitiesUtilizing cost modeling, supplier leverage, and market analysis to achieve best total cost outcomesPartnering with suppliers to improve on-time delivery and quality performance metricsCollaborating cross-functionally with Planning, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Operations, and Procurement teamsSupporting continuous improvement and Lean initiatives within the Supply Chain organizationPresenting sourcing strategies and supplier performance updates to senior leadershipLeading medium-sized projects or contributing to larger strategic supply chain initiativesWorking closely with the team based in Sacramento and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple Vantage business unitsBenefits of Working With UsSalary for Applicants: $110,000-$135,000 per year - actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation.Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)401(k) with Company Match and Non-Elective ContributionsCommuter Benefits (NYC)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)Tuition Reimbursement opportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Plum Benefits and additional employee discount programsHybrid work environment supporting flexibility and collaborationOpportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and cross-functional exposureModern office and manufacturing environments focused on safety, quality, and operational excellencePosition DetailsFull TimeDay Shift, generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMBased in Sacramento, CA.
