Manager, Digital Transformation - MedTech R&D

Manager leading digital transformation initiatives across Johnson & Johnson's MedTech R&D operations. Responsible for product ownership, platform stewardship, and value realization of sector digital capabilities in regulated environments. Role combines individual contribution with potential people leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own product lifecycle management of R&D digital platforms including deployments, operations, and adoption
- Develop strategic roadmaps, governance structures, and ensure stakeholder alignment across platforms
- Enable innovation through automation and data-driven digital capabilities while evaluating emerging technologies
- Drive value realization and long-term platform health across defined capability areas or domains
- Lead or contribute as senior individual contributor to platform delivery and onboarding success
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of applied experience in digital transformation or product ownership
- Proven expertise with R&D processes and regulated industry environments
- Demonstrated ability to define vision, roadmaps, priorities, and governance models
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with execution focus
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
- Experience leading global digital platforms or portfolios (preferred)
- Familiarity with PLM, Risk & Requirements, or automation technologies (preferred)
