About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Business Services and Financial Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise finance shared services organization, establishing and executing the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the company's financial systems, processes, and data. This executive will partner with various departments to deliver standardized, efficient, technology-enabled finance operations that support strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and enterprise growth. Key accountabilities include providing executive leadership over core finance operations, financial systems, process transformation, master data governance, reporting, automation, and organizational change to ensure that the finance function operates as a scalable, high-performing business partner. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with an MBA and CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including 8 years leading large finance organizations, is required. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shared services, ERP implementation, and financial systems leadership, with a preference for those with a background in the utility or regulated industry. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in financial transformation, executive stakeholder management, and a strong technical background in financial systems and business intelligence. The Vice President will also be expected to demonstrate leadership competencies in strategic vision, executive leadership, business partnership, and digital transformation, among others.
