Associate Dentist – Palm Bay, FL 32905
We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our well-established, single-location practice with 30+ years in the community . Our recently renovated office features new equipment, a loyal patient base, and a supportive team environment .
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, mentorship, and future ownership potential .
What We Offer
- $125,000–$150,000 base salary + 25%
- $5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans
- Perform restorative and preventive procedures
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Build lasting relationships with patients
- Maintain accurate records using Dentrix
Requirements
- 1+ year of clinical experience
- Active Florida dental license or eligibility
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Patient-focused approach
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in long-term growth
