Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Adhere to all facility policies, compliance standards, and credentialing requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of South Carolina, or a valid Compact License (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Minimum 30-day notice required at end of assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and systems
