Clinical Pharmacist: Home Infusion Innovator
Option Care
Option Care Health is seeking an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe and appropriate pharmacy services in home care settings. This role coordinates with nursing, educates patients and caregivers, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with an active state license is required. Experience with sterile IV admixture or MTM is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success. #J-18808-Ljbffr Option Care
