responsibilities:

• Provide technical engineering support directly to critical manufacturing processes, complex projects, and operational functions.

• Evaluate manufacturing outcomes to identify, develop, and implement continuous process improvements and cost efficiencies.

• Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and champion the successful integration of new equipment and process introductions.

• Apply professional expertise and judgment to work independently with minimal supervision using a comprehensive understanding of established systems.

• Utilize practice-based knowledge to make operational judgments and execute day-to-day engineering tasks in a dynamic environment.
