Pest Control Consultant

Job Overview Sell the company's industry‑leading pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers while maintaining a customer‑focused service to grow the business. Serve as the face of our national brand in the local community, protecting homes and families. Responsibilities Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc. Assess customers’ needs and perform analysis using expert knowledge of the company's products and services to generate sales of pest control solutions. Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for residential customers. Collaborate with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians to increase opportunities. Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams with current base and service‑specialist engagement. Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues while proposing additional enhancements to household services. Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer home and potential challenges. Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities. Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure the job is completed satisfactorily. Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM. Essential Job Functions – Physical Demands Move up to 10lbs. regularly and 11–20lbs. frequently; lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects. Move around extensively: sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. Use stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles; maintain balance on narrow, slippery, or moving surfaces. Work in confined spaces, narrow aisles, passageways, and small spaces such as basements, crawl spaces, attics. Operate a motor vehicle and maintain its cleanliness and that of all other equipment. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as OSHA‑compliant respirators. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license from current state of residence (company vehicle and gas card provided). Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; related sales or pest technician experience preferred. Prefer at least 1–2years of pest technician or sales experience. Available to travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s). Compensation Hourly rate: $19.00 – $25.00. Pay may vary based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
