Plant Controller

LHH is partnering with a commercial national HVAC manufacturer on a search for a Plant Controller to join their Memphis, TN location. You will join as a leader and the primary finance partner to the plant executive team. This job includes your insight into forecasting and operational performance for this location. As both a people leader for a small plant finance team and an individual contributor, you will be the go-to person for financial questions, analytics and performance management. This is a direct hire job, offering a salary between $160K - $190K + bonus and equity. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the plant forecasting and budgeting cadence - build and maintain driver-based forecasts, lead annual budget development at the plant level and surface forward-looking implications Deliver performance management: produce timely variance analysis, identify root causes, quantify financial impact, and recommend actions Responsible for KPI dashboards and reporting on labor efficiency, overhead absorption, scrap/rework, inventory, etc QUALIFICATIONS Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, plant FP&A, cost/operations finance, or business partnering roles Demonstrated ability to lead a small team while also operating as a hands-on individual contributor is required Experience with plant costing, standard cost governance, supporting annual physical inventories, and leading cost reduction initiatives is strongly preferred BENEFITS Paid time-off Paid holidays Healthcare insurance & Health Savings Accounts Profit sharing or Annual Incentive Plan Bonus Premium 401(k) plan + match Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr
