Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Physical Therapy License
- Master's
- Home Health experience with OASIS and evaluations
Assignment Details
- Monday through Friday.
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week.
- No on-call or weekend requirement.
- Coverage area includes Lamar, Fannin, and Grayson counties.

Location Highlights
Paris, Texas offers small-city living with access to recognized landmarks and outdoor recreation. The city is home to the Eiffel Tower with a red cowboy hat and the historic Plaza Theatre, both located near the downtown district. Pat Mayse Lake is about 15 miles southwest of Paris and provides boating, fishing, and camping options for travelers who prefer a quieter setting. Dallas is roughly 110 miles southwest via US-82, giving clinicians access to a major metro area, expanded dining, and air travel through Dallas Love Field and DFW International Airport.
